Cancellations

1. Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the product has not yet been dispatched.
2. If your cancellation request is accepted, you are entitled to a full refund.

Note: Ekaakshara (Anantha Ahara) reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order for reasons including, but not limited to, non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors, or issues with the personal/financial details provided by the customer

Refunds

1. Refunds will not be provided for returned products, as products are only eligible for replacement.
2. If approved for any refund (in exceptional cases), the amount will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing time.
